2-1-1 Orange County (211OC) manages several programs which benefit local Orange County agencies.

2-1-1 HELPLINE & RESOURCE DATABASE
The 211 helpline requires updated agency, program and location information in order to provide accurate information and referrals to callers looking for services. We maintain relationships with organizations providing health and human services programs in order to keep our database of available resources up-to-date. HOMELESS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HMIS)
Participating agencies gather and enter standardized client-level and demographic data into HMIS, such as First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address Data Quality, Disability and Chronically Homeless. Each Continuum of Care (CoC) would like continued HUD funding must have an HMIS in place. Read more about the HMIS here.

HOMELESS PROVIDER FORUM
The Continuum of Care Homeless Provider Forum is targeted to those who provide services to homeless and at-risk clients. Join us to network, collaborate, and strategize as we work together to end homelessness in Orange County!
