211OC partner network

A whole-person approach to care

Our 2-1-1 Orange County (211OC) Partner Network brings together health and human service providers across Orange County to support residents through a whole-person approach to care.

For example, someone seeking food assistance may also benefit from housing resources, mental health services, or employment support. By addressing multiple needs at once, we help individuals achieve more stable, long-term outcomes.

How it works

The Partner Network includes thousands of local providers connected through our Community Care Exchange (CCE) and GetHelpOC™ platform.

By securely sharing information across providers, individuals don’t have to repeat their stories multiple times—reducing stress and minimizing trauma. For service providers, this streamlined process allows more time for meaningful case management and coordinated care.
