OC Resiliency Fund

Due to high call volume related to the OC Resiliency Fund, if you have already provided your information, please know that our team will contact you in the order calls were received. Once our team has verified the individual meets the qualification for the OC Residency Fund they will be sent a secure box invite to their email, saying Belisa Davis is inviting you to a box account,  they will need to verify their email address and select a password. This is safest way to secure the documentation needed to verify eligibility.

The callers will then need to log in to the program and upload the following,

Callers will then upload two documents, 

One a form of identification

        Driver’s License/ID
        School ID
        Passport
        Any other type of ID with a photo 

One Proof of address

a.       Utility Bill

b.       Cell phone bill

c.       Credit card/bank statement

d.       Any type of mail that has address that is from a business
